Can artificers use spell scrolls of higher level without needing to roll /u/Barmi914 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

As my understanding of spell scrolls being magic item consumables I feel that

Magic Item Savant 14th-level artificer feature

Your skill with magic items deepens:

You can attune to up to five magic items at once. You ignore all class, race, spell, and level requirements on attuning to or using a magic item

Would let you use higher level scroll without needing to roll for use.
