Steam family sharing issues /u/DependentName6889 Steam on Reddit

I am in DESPERATE need of help rn.

I am in a family group on Steam, my dad is the owner and I have my own games. My siblings can’t play Red dead redemption 2 online cause it requires them to log into the account that purchased it or owns it??? But the issue is that’s an included game that they should be able to play but it won’t let them????

And wallpaper engine doesn’t even show up anywhere in anybody’s library but mine, so how do I allow them to use that???

Someone please help, I can’t figure out how to give them access to ALL of my games.
