Hey guys so I’m studying right now pt and python is the third course in it and I am really struggling. The two previous ones were network fundamentals and Linux .
We had the same teacher for both , I got 95 in both tests and then in python we have another teacher for it and I struggle so much .
While I do understand Python it’s extremely difficult for a complete beginner , and even when I understand it , but still feels like an idiot , I realized something .
The teacher doesn’t know how to teach . For real I learn better when using ChatGPT. still struggle , but I understand things more clearly.
He can give us an exercise on something and I’m like what ? How I’m supposed to do this ? But when I solve it together with ChatGPT (guiding only , not solutions ) not only it’s easier but I actually understand and learning things much better when she explain it . So much things that this teacher did not say or explained properly .
when I’m watching him solving the exercise HE gave …? He doing there things that 1.he didn’t spoke of or explained 2. Even if he did , it was so poorly explained without any connection to anything that you as a student cannot think about let alone connect it to the other things.
And then i have heard a lot about Angela yu python course in udemy . Today I watched a preview of her teaching and holy shit…it’s a night and day different . I cannot stress this enough . She explained things so well , she speaks so clearly , she uses examples that sits right in your brain and let you understand not only the concept but also how it’s implemented.
Im thinking about purchasing her course as an extra , because with this teacher I have ? I’m not going to get so far . How do you advise me to combine this both ?
Sorry for the long rent i needed to get this off my chest and needed some advice from experienced ones on how to continue this journey. If you are really interested on how bad he teaches compared to Angela for example I have an example ready . I’m telling you it’s a complete shit show .
