I tend to land 2-3 interviews out of every maybe 50 applications. Always pass the screening, get to meet the team interview and thats when I get rejected.
I qualify for job description, answer most technical questions correctly for the job requirements, but then they include questions for skills that are NOT on the job description and get disappointed. Always telling me they want someone who brings something new to the team.
So I wonder if recruiters would help me get offers easier and avoid these things from happening
