Applied to a job at Big Tech company I previously interned at, what to expect? /u/HypermeMan CSCQ protests reddit

Hiring manager at a company I previously interned at (for 1 year) reached out, scheduling a 1hr 1:1 where they would “ask a few questions and go over some details about the position.” I have some relevant experience but don’t feel a direct fit for the specific role they reached out about – is it weird to ask the hiring manager directly what to expect on interview / what to prep (don’t want to be blind sighted by a technical?) – I don’t want to fail and burn the bridge with the company due to a lack of prep…?

Edit: Should note its more on the HW side
