Hi, i am f(33) and have problem with looking my partner in the eyes while having sex. Sex is great, orgasms 99% of the time.. but when I try myself “into looking at him”, infeel very insecure, ashamed, turned off.. Read about exercises (eye gazing,..), but it is hard to imply those exercises in “not havin enough time” all the time.. So, anyone knows some quick fix, or just tell me how do I switch my brain into other direction :). Thank you for answering.
