is there any way to have your steam launcher tell you how much money you paid Valve for the game vs how much it’s currently selling for? /u/HOTSpower Steam on Reddit

This seems like it’d be a useful feature. I know under “activity” it will tell me when I (or any friends) added it to wishlist or added to library (either date of purchase from steam or date you activated a key you bought elsewhere) but there’s nothing about price AFAIK or if you bought it as part of a collection or standalone, etc.

I know this is data steam tracks since you can find it under Account Details > View Purchase History … I’d just love it to be folded into the launcher so that I can easily find that for a game I happen to be looking at.

I guess we could manually write that data under ‘Notes’ on the Launcher but it’s a bit tedious.

BTW anyone know if “Notes” are for our personal use or if friends can see notes we write about a game ?
