How was this transaction possible?

Hi, not sure someone will have an answer for this but this baffled me when I noticed so I had to ask on this one.

I’m not really deep into trading but basically what happened was that since the prices for some steam cards were kind of inflated i posted a buy offer a few days ago. My offer is the highest in this screenshot, along with some other user. Today I checked to see if I had to readjust prices or whatever and I find this.

Now, this happened to 2 cards I was trying to buy. One of them was yesterday and I know I had to adjust the offer price since someone was biding more than me and that one might have been before I adjusted the price. But this one from the screenshot has been the same for a few days now and for some reason someone was able to buy the card for less than the biggest offer which AFAIK is not possible and would be kind of dumb honestly.

I don’t care too much about the issue but it honestly made me go like “What’s this bloody sorcery!? Witchcraft!! That’s what it is!!“. Jokes aside, do anyone have a clue on what could have happened?
