I want to buy a steam gift card for my friend, but i don’t know their steam account and physical gift cards are not available in my country.
Is there any way for me to buy a digital gift card and just get a code to give them? its for a secret santa kind of thing and i don’t want to raise suspicion by asking for their steam account when they know i don’t use steam.
