`urllib` odd behavior /u/BasePlate_Admin Python Education

Hi, everyone. I have this odd issue.

“`python import urllib.parse

Raw query string

raw_query_string = “hash=%0dA%f0%1d%f5R%ba%a3%e0%c0t%bb%87b%0b%82%87%fd%89n&test=1”

params = urllib.parse.parse_qs(raw_query_string)

print(params) “`

When i run it,

python {'hash': ['rAx1dRtbx0bn'], 'test': ['1']}

I get this sort of output, is there any way i can get %0dA%f0%1d%f5R%ba%a3%e0%c0t%bb%87b%0b%82%87%fd%89n

Thanks a bunch
