What tools to use to create moodboards and buying lists /u/sletel /r/malefashionadvice

I have been thinking for a while about restarting my wardrobe from 0. (42M)
Before spending a good amount of money on clothes, I want a method, and be very conscious about what I need and what I buy.

I have been looking for online tools to help me in the process :
– classify styles with photo examples (moodboard)
– classify items (link to stores)
– Collaborate with friend / stylist

But I didn’t find a dedicated tool yet. I see people here share Imgur albums.

I obviously looked into Pinterest :

Pros : lots of features, inspiration right in the app, tools to add pictures to board in one click from browser
Cons : terribles inspirations ressources, ads for temu everywhere, AI everywhere

Now, I’m looking more into Miro :

Pros : straight forward to use. Easy to add content
Cons : I hate the user interface, the post-it type of content. No easy possibility to build list / database of links from the content

Last option I checked is Notion :

Pros : Browser extention to add image direction to board, Easy to use but powerful once you get the jist of it. Possible to create visual moodboard, with linked, tags, etc.
Cons : A bit complexe to set up

I’m about to start doing it with Notion, but before I spend hours setting this up, I would love to have feed back.

I could look into Canva or airtable too (they seem not optimal for the task) and I guess there are other tools for that.

What do you use for the same task? Anyone have tips to set up such a system for their needs?
