I got this pair of Thursday boots for Xmas 2021, so here’s my review. They’re the Captain model, if memory serves. The photo came out a little dark, so they’re a little lighter than this in person.
I like them. They’re my daily drivers for work and any occasion too dressy for my Adidas Sambas. I still get compliments on them, and I always feel a little more stylish when I have them on.
After three years, the only damage they have is one missing eyelet (you can see a replacement eyelet on Lefty here. I had it fixed.)
They’re pretty comfortable, although I don’t wear them in an any situation where I’d be walking a long distance. I’d probably invest in more arch support if I did that. They work well enough for long work functions, though.
The only complaint, really, is that I lost one of them. So I’m getting a new pair.
