i’m a lesbian and i’ve known that since i was a child. i’m 17 and me and my girlfriend have been together over a year. when my girlfriend and i were making out and started taking our shirts off, i started getting very self conscious of my body. i struggle with SH and you can mildly see scars but what i am very anxious about is physically how my body looks. i deal with eating disorders and i felt so exposed when i physically realized how seen i really was. my girlfriend doesn’t know how self conscious i was, they looked like a goddess and compared to me i felt scared. how do i be less conscious with my partner seeing my naked?
