Partner losing erection lately /u/Domandsub_ Sex

I’ve had a fwb for a few months and it’s genuinely been the best sex I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what’s changed, but the last few times he’s lost his erection mid way, and then can’t get it get up again. It’s making me feel insecure like I’m doing something wrong. A few nights ago was the same thing and he felt really embarrassed. I did all I could to reassure him, and definitely didn’t make a fuss or make it about me, but he was still really down and embarrassed about it. I am not the most secure person in general, and in all honesty this has made me feel like he’s not attracted to me anymore or I’m doing something wrong. We’ve spoken about it but we’re both stumped and we’re growing quite distant. If it matters we’re both in our 30s. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.
