This probably sounds so stupid, but I don’t know the answer. So, I love the idea of teaching my young son how to fish. Being outdoors, bonding, getting excited when there’s a nibble … BUT, I hate the idea of hurting the fish. I know it’s just fish, but even the idea of hurting a worm for the hook bothers me! Ever since I lost my first son in stillbirth 6 years ago, I just value life so much more now. All life. Anyway, is fishing even possible in this case?
Edit: And do fish feel pain?
