I have 1 yoe as a swe and was laid off. I had a hard time getting back a swe role but I’m interested in doing sales engineering. I’m seeing a lot of SE roles requiring years of experience. I have been 7 months unemployed now and I recently got a door to door sales job. Would having d2d experience help me transition to a sales engineer role down the road? Anyone from similar background that had done this would be helpful to share advice
