In the process of booking my first solo trip to Vancouver! May see some sex workers while I am there. Thoughts? /u/navipod Sex

I am 30m, I turned 30 two months ago. And as the title says I am booking my first solo trip to Vancouver! 🙂 I’m actually very excited about it.

I am planning for about 4 – 5 days after a very busy period at work, which will be nice. I am also planning out my schedule, planning on doing some sight seeing, picking a airbnb with a gym so I can work out, finding food places I want to eat at, trails to hike, etc.

I’ve been single for a long while and there are a lot of places I’d like to see. It is easier/more comfortable/cheaper to travel with a significant other, but I’m tired of putting off traveling until/if I’m in a stable relationship. So this is me trying to learn how to travel solo. If this goes well, Sao Paulo, Brazil is next!

Now for the elephant in the room. It has been a long while since I’ve had sex, 10+ years if I’m being honest. I’m not a bad looking guy, I have hobbies, have things going for me, and honestly have a lot of friends both male and female. I’ve tried dating and am still trying to date but it doesn’t come naturally to me and despite my efforts to get better at it (and I am trying, I swear!) it doesn’t address the fact that I am horny and need/want to have/experience sex.

Going to sex workers has been something on the back of my mind for some time now, and since I am about to go on my first solo trip, I thought it may be time to experience sex in some way for the first time in a while.

I am thinking about jumping in head first and really committing. By this I mean I think I would like to try and see a sex worker every night I am in the city. This is to make the most of my time there, hopefully gain some experience, hopefully get over some nerves, and just have a good time.

I work in a good job, have solid income, and am set up, so money is not an issue.

I just wanted to hear some thoughts and opinions about this.
