I’m traveling long term and have been using this time as my ‘rocky montage’- I’m running a 5k three times a week and doing a progressively more intensive body weight calisthenics routine. I’m showing noticeable results and improvements in mood and energy.
All that is great except ever since I started working out this much I have become insanely horny. I’m beating my meat like it’s a venomous snake that’s actively attacking me. I’m shamed to say I find myself staring at women like Sam Jackson in Black Snake Moan. As I’m traveling alone I have no regular sexy time partner and I’m so fucking thirsty I have regressed in my capacity to productively interact with women. I’m basically turning into swole horny Gollum.
Is this… going to level out or something or is it just going to be my new normal if I stay this fit? Are there some strategies to work on this? Is there something wrong with me? It is actively bothering me and I’m really considering just regressing to my couch self that had regular manageable horniness.
