How do weed smokers and coke do-ers know literally immediately after a hit that it’s good or bad? /u/ItsANewYear_Playboy No such thing as stupid questions

I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen someone take a hit of weed or do a line and immediately, 1 second after inhaling, exclaim “That’s good shit” or whatever. How come it doesn’t take any time whatsoever to come to that conclusion?
