I’ve recently greenlogged Mastering Mixology minigame on my Ironman. I’ve decided to buy potion storage since it’s a nice way to free up ~100 bank slots. I’ve heard a lot of people not liking it; that it doesn’t work with bank tags, that it’s uncomfortable and annoying to use, but I thought to myself “hey, if I don’t like it, the worst thing I’ll just never use it”. Man was I wrong…
I’ve never spent so much time looking for the way to refund a purchase.
I believe there is no other way to permanently “scar” your account. All the unlockable things in OSRS you can hide or ignore, but not a potion storage.
It’s there every time you open your bank.
This ugly unfinished icon, that not only blocks one of the Bank Tag Layouts, it also TWITCHES EVERY TIME YOU DEPOSIT TO THE BANK…
It’s like this annoying ad on the side of your screen that moves every so slightly, demanding your attention… (AND I BOUGHT IT MYSELF…).
It’s so unsettling… And I hate it like nothing else I hated in this game.
Jagex, please, fix potion storage. There are so many good suggestions online including but not limited by:
- Making it a bank tab.
2 Making it as an additional bank slot counter just for potions.
- Or simply just ignoring the slot counter for any potion you have in the bank…
It’s clunky and stupid, and I’m amazed that even after a duplication glitch you still haven’t fixed the main problems people had with it since day one.

P.S. I’m willing to pay someone to make a Runelite plug-in to hide it from the bank interface…
