This question is more of a cool concept that i may or may not use in the future, after the campaign i currently DM will end. So what statblock, or class, or other resources i should use for BBEG, who is a powerful alchemist and CEO of a morally questionable science company that i have in the setting?
By personality, he is essentially a Tony Stark-type genius who despises magic, more preferring the big brain energy and power of science.
Right now, what comes to my mind is the homebrew Alchemist class from Valda’s spire of secrets, but i can’t decide which subclass is more fitting. And to clarify, i know that you shouldn’t build NPCs by PCs rules, i just want to take some abilities like crafting and charging bombs.
Maybe someone knows something better?
