I just got 2 villagers on my REALM and swapped their trades until i got a wheat trade to farm emeralds and a mending trade for 14 emeralds. I went literally 15 blocks to get name tags and wheat, came back and they just vanished. I have my area very well lit so i dont think they could have died, and even if a mov was near i dont think it could squeze through a half block between thr gate and dirt, and they also have a bed burried underneath them.
