Why are naps so much better as an adult when we hated them as kids? /u/Affectionate-Ad-4650 No such thing as stupid questions

Why did we all fight naps as kids like they were the worst thing ever, but now as adults, they feel like the greatest gift? Is it just because we’re always knackered, or is there more to it? What’s your take?
