Vagina in pain from sex /u/Healthy-Square8356 Sex

I just had sex yesterday and it was very enjoyable but yet very rough and it definitely was deep penetration I felt it in my stomach so that definitely is the cause as to why my stomach is hurting today. It was a bit dry I didn’t use any lube but I always feel dry when having sex with condoms and to the other person they say the opposite. I’m in alotttt of pain today. My vagina feels torn up and stomach is in a bit of discomfort and pain. I feel a lot of pressure in my vagina along with the feeling to pee because of the pressure. It’s burning as well because of the friction. I took a Azo pain relief and it definitely calmed down my symptoms. My vagina is very sore inside and I’m not able to function properly. I had to come home early from work because of how painful it was. I’ve had this happen before but not this bad. It normally goes away in a few days. I just want to know what can I possibly do to help with the pain and discomfort.
