Making sex special? /u/-U_N_O- Sex

So me and my bf have not done anything sexual in the last 3 month, not for lack of trying on my part. He says he wants me to make it feel special, so I’ve tried initiating in different/new ways thinking it was that, nothing, I try to make date nights but he either doesnt want to on the days we’re free or we’re too busy anyway, so that doesn’t work, so I don’t know what to do now, cause at this point I’m getting a bit frustrated and just sad, and we’ve talked about it but nothing really changes, and it makes me feel worse because I know he jerks off a few times a week so it’s not because he isn’t horny. Please need advice
