Should I get a bite mark looked at? /u/shinigamieyes17 Sex

Basically I was with this guy and we were getting pretty intimate, and long story short, I got a couple of love bites. However, one of them is near my nipple, and it looks like a small thin piece of skin may have been bitten off but it never bled and it’s already starting to scab. I’m unsure if I should go to the doctor or not because I know human saliva can be worse than dogs but it doesn’t look deep enough to cause any issues but I could be wrong here. I did wash it, spray it with some saline and applied some Vaseline to it and I’ll put some antibiotic ointment on it later when it arrives, but I would like some opinions to see if I should still call my doctor later or not. Thank you!
