I (23F) am a little shy in the bedroom with my partner (25M). He’s voiced to me recently that he wants me to make him feel wanted through touch, which i try, but he hasn’t really told me how to go about doing that. I’m on the spectrum and typically require direct instruction to work off of and from there i can improvise. I’ve tried asking him what he wants but he doesn’t really know, besides just touching him. How can I touch my partner and act physically to make him feel wanted? I’m open to any ideas, I’m going to throw pasta at the wall and see what sticks. Also, if anyone has any tips on gaining confidence with making these moves I’d love that, as mentioned im a little shy in the bedroom. Thanks!
