Controller and KBM keep switching after opening steam on non-steam titles /u/EncryptedRD Steam on Reddit

I can’t open steam without this happening, only if I restart my computer it stops, this only happens on non steam titles and even if you add them to your steam library as a non steam game it keeps happening (even disabling steam input). I’ve also tried closing everything involving steam on Task Manager, but it still dosent work. It’s getting kind of annoying restarting my PC every time I wanna play a different game that isn’t from steam. This happens with the Xbox App, EA, Launcher, Epic Games launcher, pretty much every game from any launcher as long as I’ve opened steam once. This dosent happen for steam games.
