Hey, I have a lot of trauma from sexual assault and STI/stds (Ive had Genital Herpes for 5 years)… I’m scared to get infected with something else or spread what I already have. This trauma hasn’t been good for my sex. Some partners in the past have tried to have sex with me too soon without having a sexual health conversation or I felt like I waited too late to have the conversation with them and I’ll self sabotage. I want to have some boundaries in place that will allow me to have a healthier sex life. Do you have any boundaries or best practices you could share with me??
