Is cs / swe job getting hard to get into or easy to get into ? /u/Outrageous-Lake-2950 CSCQ protests reddit

What I meant to say is that , is getting a swe job with a degree becoming easier to get or harder as the market progresses? Like is it becoming harder and harder for people with non compsi background to get into cs or easy ? please tell . Also Is the screening process becoming more like finance or law background, like only the graduates from top universities get to give the interview and people from lower ranked universities usually get removed in the screening process and don’t even get the chance to give interview?
