How I get Pandas (and other libraries) in Visual Studio? (Using Anaconda) /u/Emerald-Daisy Python Education

I installed Pandas on the “base (root)” environment on the Anaconda Navigator but it’s still not being found in Visual Studio. Ive tried closing and re-opening the program and already have all the right stuff to interpret Python code in Visual Studio. Can someone explain how to do this and break down all the steps? I really don’t understand what this Anaconda thing is and how to use it as our lecturer hasnt explained it much besides “just install it”.
