As an Asian immigrant in America, it blows my mind that houses aren’t protected by any sort of wall or fence around the perimeter of the property. It would serve as a deterrent to crime, lurkers, animals, and maybe even a potential car accident.
Why don’t American house owners install sturdy and tall walls/fences around their properties despite all the potential benefits?
