What’s up with the spammy ad notifications from ride hailing apps? /u/Tabula_Rasa69 Singapore

I’ve been getting so many notifications from these ride hailing apps lately, I think probably almost daily, or more than once a day that its gotten extremely annoying. This is despite me setting no marketing notifications. The one I’ve noticed the most so far is Tada. And these apps are relying on the fact that we cannot disable notifications from them, as these notifications are useful when we are actually booking a ride.

Unfortunately not illegal, but spammy and annoying as hell.
