I came across this blazer from Banana Republic when it was featured in this WSJ article. I thought it looked good and was interested in picking one up. It’s currently selling for $300 on the BR website. A few questions: do you guys think BR makes decent blazers? Is $300 a fair price? Finally, do you know where they are made? The site says that the fabric is from Italy but doesn’t say where the actual garment is manufactured. I prefer to buy clothes made in countries with labor/environmental protections in place.
