Silicone safe lube that isn’t water based? /u/just-another-jester Sex

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I’m at my wits end!

My spouse and I are both trans men, and we use a lot of platinum cure silicone toys. This means we can’t use silicone based lubes. BUT, I think I must be allergic to something in most water-based lubes, because no matter what brand we try, they all burn me on contact.

We’ve tried researching osmolality and PH balanced lubes and have discovered the brands that everyone suggests/trusts, and have had the most success with Sliquid, but there isn’t a single water based lube that doesn’t burn me enough to ruin the experience.

So. Is there a lube out there that is silicone toy safe, but not water based? Has anyone else struggled similarly? Open to any and all suggestions, this shit is killing me.
