Hey guys! I’m currently in quite the pickle. I’m at a company in NYC (230k TC) and I got a verbal offer last week from a FAANG company.
My current YOE is 3, and I have friends in FAANG that are making in the mid 300s TC.
Would you guys go for the TC rather than stability? My current company hasn’t done any layoffs, only PIP, but I’ve been told that I’m a high performer, so I’m not worried about this.
When talking to others, but company’s TC caps out for an IC around 450k (500+ if you’re a superstar)
