Need help with 100% cotton shirt /u/No-Employ9748 /r/malefashionadvice

I just got 2 t-shirts from Mc2 saint Barth. Got a white and pink one. Both 100% organic cotton. Both came out of the package super firm, sharp, and felt amazing to the touch. I wore the white one, then threw it in the washer and dryer (with a heavy load if that makes a difference). Ended up drying it about 3 separate times in one go because the heavier items wouldn’t dry. It came out way softer. I wasn’t sure so I had my family members blindly test the fabric and said the pink one, which still hasn’t been washed or dried, was way firmer and tighter, as I thought. How do I restore the white ones firmness and how do I “save” the pink one before I wash it?
