Me F22 and my partner M21 have been together for just short of 4 years, 1 of those years being long distance, the other 3 being in person. I was on birth control before I met him and we had a great sex life, about 2-3 years into being together I lost all desire for sex because if my birth control and my saint of a partner was pretty understanding when he realized it was my libido. Long story short im off birth control and I seriously feel like jumping his bones every time I look at him; here the kicker- he says because he suppressed his want for sex for close to a year that it’s hard for him to crave sex and every time I try to initiate anything he doesn’t want to. I get it and I feel bad that I caused this, I guess my main question is how can I better support him during this? And have any of you experienced anything like this? What helps?
