I made a task manager like addon that you might like: Addon Profiler /u/TheNumynum World of Warcraft

Blizzard added in-depth addon performance APIs into the game with 11.0.7, but didn’t add any UI for it yet, so I decided to make my own 🙂

Downloadable via curseforge and wago: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/numy-addon-profiler & https://addons.wago.io/addons/numy-addon-profiler

You can see for each addon, how much CPU time it consumed, what the biggest spike was, etc. You can also see how much each addon consumed on average during the last boss fight.

So after a boss fight, or after a bad lag spike, you can simply open the UI, and see which addon caused the lag spike, you can then tweak the addon’s options, ask the author for advice, or just uninstall it if it’s not something you care about 🙂
