How to stop being insecure during sex /u/oceanblvdbitch Sex

Apologies if this isn’t the right sub for this, but I need help. Now I know my (22F) boyfriend (22M) loves me and is attracted to me, but for some reason I get really anxious about getting completely naked during sex. He always assures me that he loves my body and I have nothing to worry about but I still get uncomfortable because I feel like he secretly doesn’t like it or something which is just my mind playing tricks on me lol. I have had body image issues my entire life (my weight has fluctuated a lot during my life). Are there any tips to get over this? I know a lot of it is in my head but I don’t want to always have to think about this every time we have sex
