So I am what’s been referred to as a ‘professional extravert’.
-I am from the USA, live in Berlin, and work for a Polish company as their scrum master and community manager.
-My degrees are in product design and international relations.
-My German is only at a basic level.
-for the last 15 years I have been making money on the side by owning a toy company which I got to festivals to sell and it’s decently profitable but hard to scale
- I lived in LA for 5 years and worked a professional children’s entertainer and balloon twister
-I worked as a performer for a long time until covid, when I got a very lucrative job online as a professional dungeon master for a company that designs modules for online roleplaying games. Basically a facilitator. Since that job dried up I have been working as a scrum master.
- I also run a nonprofit community where I host huge events in castles called larps, and monthly meet ups. I ran 3 of these last year alone and the community is 140 people. [A queer and neurodivergent larp group]

-I was hoping to shift into making something like this for companies, focusing on team building or maybe parties but I have not polished it up or learned how to find clients yet.
-other details are I am very good at designing and decorating spaces, I’ve hosted a rolwplaying tavern at the German burning man where I lead a 30 person camp
- also have facilitated weddings and love giving speeches.
The biggest problem is that living in Berlin means that it’s hard to find jobs that connect me to people that aren’t in German.
I like my current work bit it’s 15 hours a week and it’s not super stable because my boss doesn’t give me a lot of clear objectives.
Posting here because maybe someone else has ideas about something I might be missing. I can also link my linkedin if it helps
