Need Advice Regarding Smell of GF’s Vagina /u/Dizzy_Coach2215 Sex

I’m about a year into my relationship with my girlfriend and as of recently we’ve started getting more sexual with one another. One thing that my girlfriend really enjoys is when I eat her out. I must admit I enjoy it too, however most of the time I face a problem. Sometimes when I eat her out, her vagina tastes and smells bad. Like, really really bad. I know girls vaginas are supposed to have a smell, but this is like a smell so bad it turns me off instantly and makes me gag.

This doesn’t always happen, as a few weeks ago I ate her out and the smell was fine, but on the regular occasion, it just reeks. I don’t want to tell her that it smells because I feel like it would hurt her feelings, but it puts me off from even wanting to eat her out, which I don’t like because I feel it also hurts her feelings when I tell her I don’t want to.
