Hi ,
I recently bought a 100% merino wool sweater and noticed that after washing, it seems to have shrunk by about 3cm in the back length only. I followed the care instructions (machine cold wash, laid flat to dry), but this still happened. Is this kind of shrinkage normal for merino wool, or could I have done something wrong?
Also, it made me wonder: is it worth investing in wool knitwear, or should I stick to cotton instead? I’m looking for something durable, easy to care for, and versatile for layering. Would love to hear your experiences and thoughts on the wool vs. cotton debate!
Thanks in advance for your advice!
