For some background we are in our 30’s and pretty open sexually. We have had a few threesomes over the years. Recently one of my friends confided in me that she has never had sex. She is in her 30’s too and had never done anything sexual with anyone. She has tried dating but overall feels like her inexperience is holding her back and she’s afraid of doing it with someone random. She feels like once she has her first time, she’ll have more confidence to date and have sex with other people. I’ve talked about this with my husband and we thought maybe allowing her to “practice” with him would help her get over this block. It would basically be a platonic introduction to sex where she could see what it feels like/what to expect and explore with no strings attached or risk of being traumatized. Sort of like sex education. Has anyone done anything similar? Does this sound like a terrible idea?
