I am now 300 hours to the game and as you can see 600+ weapon usage on the LS alone (yes I know rookie numbers). I have now mastered the art of not giving a f on people flinching to my attacks, and missing the first attack of the Spirit Helm Breaker cause the monster moved only to do it again on the second try. But now I have the mentality that LS is the best weapon. After countless hours however, I think, it’s time that we move on to a different playing field. First tried the DB, it was fun ADHD’ing out my way to victory, naruto dashing to evade Teostra’s attack 4+ jewel on Day of Ruin but I always think, damn I miss the DING of foresight slashes. Second, tried the LBG, and found sticky with Aquashot. It felt funny because monsters just flinch and flinch and flinch, I thought to myself that, damn I’m like a hammer… but ranged, but still I told myself, I could’ve killed the monster on LS. Third, tried the Bow, it was fun, the moves were flashy, I was like a jumping spider spitting arrows, but it did not click to me. Lastly, tried the Charge blade cause I found the Guild Palace layered skin, immediately fell in love with the looks, but I searched on guides on how to play it and as someone who only has to manage my spirit gauge for 600+ hunts, now I have to manage phials? sword to be charged? and a shield to be charged? I said, enough is enough I have to learn this to play this beautiful layered. Now, I’m writing this cause I just got a massive headache from missing SUPER AMPED ELECTRIC DAMAGE (IDK THE NAME I JUST NOW ITS SAED).
