To start of, I’m overweight and know that I always was. But looking back at old photos, it doesn’t look so bad? And it got me wondering.
I heard that with age perception changes, like when you are 18, a 25 yo is some grown ass person, but at 40 you see 25 as a kid or something like that. Would it also apply to your own body? That because you were relatively smaller and younger, you don’t see so much imperfections anymore? Or is it just that you don’t remember them and some self esteem issue in the present?
