I’m a 17 year old adolescent struggling with being skinny fat but I hate lifting weights but I do mma. Can 100 push ups 100 squats and 100 situps plus a 10 mile run every day help me lose the skinny fat look. I just wanna be skinny and I will be following a healthy diet and on top of this sometimes I will also go swiming.
