How do I stop dressing like a child when being casual (M36) /u/TeaNervous1506 /r/malefashionadvice

Hi all,

I really struggle with what to wear when I’m not at work or bumming around.

I’m either dressed in business casual when I’m at work (shirt / sweater and trousers) or like a complete bum (joggers from lululemon or canvas from old navy with a hoodie or fleece).

I’ve always considered myself to be a pretty fashionable guy but after getting married and having kids I just stopped caring. The result of this is I don’t feel good or my age even when I’m in casual wear.

Any advice on what to do?
