We’re both virgins, and have been wanting to try. We’ve done a lot of other stuff that was non-penetrative because we were scared of actually going all the way. But after a while of having fun when she came over for the night, we decided we’d try. After some foreplay I tried to prepare her with my fingers first, I started with my pinky and went really slow, and checked after every time I moved it a little bit. I was able to get about 1/2 my pinkie in a minute or so and stopped because it hurt too much for her. I’m not quite sure what to try and nothing I’m finding is seeming to help much. We used lube too fyi. Any advice what would help or I could do better?
