So for starters, I’m 32f, and don’t tend to have a very high sex drive. I don’t masturbate much, when I was single I could go months without, though now that I have a bf my sex drive is up for sure. So getting to know myself sexually isn’t something I’ve spent much time on overall. I know touching yourself during sec and foreplay is pretty typical but it doesn’t come naturally at all for me. In fact I feel a bit shy and awkward about it, so I almost never do it. I love when my partner touches me, but I know that I would gain more pleasure out of sex generally if I were to touch myself more, but I just tend to find it distracting and takes me out of the moment and I don’t enjoy the sensations as much. I would really love some advice!
